Joshua Schwadron is a lawyer and tech entrepreneur who speaks and writes frequently on legal finance and empowering plaintiffs in the civil justice system. Previously, Joshua founded Betterfly, a VC-backed marketplace that reimagined how consumers find local services by connecting them to individuals rather than companies. Betterfly was acquired by Takelessons in 2014. Joshua holds a JD from Emory University, and a BA in Economics and MA in Accounting from the University of Michigan.
Dylan Beynon is responsible for leading sales and growth initiatives at Mighty. Before Mighty, Dylan co-founded Voter’s Friend, an award-winning civic engagement platform that aggregated local candidate data to give voters personalized ballots and election tools. Voter’s Friend was acquired by Democracy.com in 2014. Previously, Dylan helped grow Hotlist, a location-based social app, to 500,000 users. Dylan graduated from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania on a full Trustee Scholarship.
Henry Huang oversees product development, data, and customer operations at Mighty. Prior to Mighty, Henry served as the VP of Product Development and Customer Success at Axial Networks, a VC-backed FinTech company that is transforming the way entrepreneurs connect with capital. He also held leadership positions in product management at Viggle, Gerson Lehrman Group, and Return Path. Henry received his undergraduate degree and MBA from Cornell University.
