Mighty Claims LLC ("Mighty") and Mighty Counsel PLLC ("Mighty Counsel") are distinct entities. Mighty provides services to Mighty Counsel. Mighty is not a law firm or lawyer referral service. Mighty does not provide legal advice. Mighty Counsel is a law firm and its website can be accessed at mightypllc.com.

This Site cannot and does not contain legal advice. The legal information is provided for general informational and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice. THE USE OR RELIANCE OF ANY INFORMATION CONTAINED ON THIS SITE IS SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

No Attorney-Client Relationship

An attorney-client relationship is not formed when you submit information through this Site or when you call the phone number listed on this Site. The hiring of a lawyer is a critical decision and should not be predicated solely on comments, advertisements, or other content found on any website.

By using Mighty's services, you acknowledge that: (1) you are not receiving legal advice from a licensed lawyer or licensed legal paraprofessional ("LLP") and are not engaging the services of a licensed lawyer or LLP through Mighty; and (2) you agree to the privacy and confidentiality policies disclosed by Mighty as set forth in the Privacy Policy.

Legal Compliance and Quality Assurance

As a best practice and consistent with emerging regulatory frameworks for nonlawyer legal service providers, Mighty’s CEO is a licensed attorney who enforces established quality assurance policies and procedures regarding any legal information and services provided through Mighty's platform. This compliance structure is designed to promote quality and accountability, though it does not create an attorney-client relationship between users and the compliance attorney or any other attorney.

Transparency Regarding Services

Mighty provides administrative support and technology tools.  Mighty does not provide legal representation in any legal matter or proceeding. You are free to disclose to courts, insurers, or anyone else that you have used Mighty's services and the nature of the assistance you received. Accurate description of how you prepared your materials is always appropriate.

Advertising and Outcome Statements

Mighty's services are different from those provided by licensed lawyers or licensed legal paraprofessionals. Technology-assisted claim support has limitations that traditional legal representation does not (just as it offers accessibility and cost advantages that traditional representation may not). Legal outcomes depend on the specific facts of your case, applicable law, the decisions of insurance adjusters or courts, and many other factors beyond anyone's control. No particular result is guaranteed.

Risk Disclosure

Personal injury claims and other legal matters carry inherent risks, including the potential loss or reduction of legal rights and remedies. Statutes of limitations, procedural requirements, and other legal deadlines can extinguish claims entirely if missed. These risks exist whether you use Mighty, hire a lawyer, or handle matters entirely on your own. Mighty provides warnings about material risks it identifies, but cannot identify every risk in every situation.

AI Technology and Quality Assurance

Mighty's services are delivered through automated artificial intelligence technology. AI technology may produce errors, omissions, hallucinations, or inaccuracies, including potentially erroneous case citations or factual statements. Mighty takes reasonable steps to minimize such errors through quality assurance processes and technological safeguards. Users bear responsibility for the accuracy of the information they provide to Mighty and for the decision as to whether or not to accept any settlement offer that compromises their legal rights. Mighty warns users that AI-generated content must be independently verified. Mighty does not knowingly allow users to abuse the legal system through the submission of false, fabricated, or misleading information to courts, insurers, or other parties.

Mandatory Advisory Before Settlement:

Mighty provides information and tools for self-representation. We are not your attorney. Mighty strongly recommends and advises you to consult with a licensed attorney before signing any binding settlement agreement or release of claims. By proceeding without legal counsel, you acknowledge that you are acting 'Pro Se' (on your own behalf) and that you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with settling your claim without professional legal representation. You agree that your decision to settle is based on your own independent judgment and not solely on any information provided by Mighty.

Attorney Licensing and Referrals

Mighty Counsel’s attorney is licensed only in Florida and New York.  Mighty Counsel affiliates or forms relationships with lawyers throughout the United States. Mighty Counsel may refer prospective clients to other law firms located throughout the country who form relationships with Mighty Counsel and are experienced in handling such cases. Mighty Counsel may also undertake legal representation in certain cases and will affiliate with other legal counsel located throughout the country to provide legal representation.

Testimonials and Results

Testimonials or endorsements do not constitute a guarantee, warranty, or prediction regarding the outcome of your legal matter. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome. Court costs and other additional expenses of legal action usually must be paid by the client.

Privacy and Confidentiality Notice

Information sent to Mighty Counsel or Mighty through the Site is not secure and is done on a non-confidential basis. Mighty Counsel and Mighty may make reasonable efforts to keep communications private, but because of the nature of Internet communications and the absence of an attorney-client relationship, we cannot promise or guarantee confidentiality. For complete information regarding how your information is collected, used, stored, and may be accessible by others, please review Mighty's Privacy Policy.

Statute of Limitations Warning

Personal injury claims are subject to strict time limitations that vary by jurisdiction. Failure to file a lawsuit before the applicable deadline will permanently bar your claim. Mighty does not provide legal advice, including legal advice related to monitoring or advising on statute of limitations deadlines. Even if Mighty provides legal information regarding statute of limitations, you agree not to rely on those statements. Consult a licensed attorney for advice on applicable deadlines.

No Fiduciary Relationship

Mighty is not a fiduciary and does not owe users fiduciary duties. The relationship between users and Mighty is that of independent contractors.
