A well-handled claim is better for everyone.

Mighty is a technology company, not a law firm. Its AI gathers, organizes, and presents the injury claim directly to the insurer, so many claims resolve fairly without needing a lawyer.

If you received a letter from Mighty, here's what's happening and what to expect.

Why you got a letter from Mighty

Someone with a claim you're handling is using Mighty, and they've authorized us to gather, organize, and present it for them. Our AI reaches out the same way a claimant would, with the records and detail organized up front.

What you can expect from us
  • Organized documentation, including police reports, medical records, and supporting information, as it becomes available
  • A request for a settlement offer, to support timely evaluation and resolution
  • An opportunity to resolve the claim without a lawyer
  • A structured summary that makes it easier to understand the claimant's injuries, treatment, and supporting documentation

How Mighty works

01
Care, if they need it.

They tell us what happened. If they need treatment, we help them understand their options and organize the information for their claim.

02
An organized case file, not a surprise demand.

We assemble an organized case file and give your team the full picture, so the offer reflects the whole claim.

03
A strong offer should settle it.

The stronger the offer, the less likely a lawyer is to take the case. That's because lawyers in Mighty's vetted network only get paid if they improve on it.

Where we stand

We're not on your side, and we're not against you. We're on the injured person's side. But doing right by them, getting them an organized case file and a real offer, happens to be good for you too. We don't hide that. We build on it.

So our interests line up. We both want your offer to be good enough that no lawyer is needed. That's the whole idea.

When a claim is handled well, you resolve it faster, with less back-and-forth, and without the cost and delay of litigation. Once you've made your best offer, the injured person can have it reviewed by vetted lawyers through Mighty Counsel PLLC, a separate law firm. Those lawyers are paid only if they improve on the offer. A strong offer usually ends there, with no lawyer and a resolved claim.

Free for the injured person, always

The injured person never pays Mighty. We don't charge fees, take a percentage of the settlement, or reduce the amount they receive.
When someone chooses to use an optional service we connect them with, like a lawyer or a medical provider, that provider may compensate Mighty for the referral. That compensation never comes from the claimant's settlement, and it doesn't change your settlement process.
Our incentives don't push anyone away from a settlement.
