Our Customer Success Team is at the heart of our customers' experiences on Mighty. Customers receive a dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM) who will works with them to understand their business goals, challenges, existing workflows, and legacy data structures to ensure a smooth onboarding and ongoing success.
Account Setup and Customization
A dedicated Customer Success Manager project manages account customization and setup, data migration, training, adoption, and ongoing support from end-to-end for all new customers. Starting with the Kickoff Call, CSMs work with customers to build a personalized build plan, making each MightyOS account entirely unique.

Data migration can be scary, which is why our Implementation Engineers transfer customer data during implementation for them. Whether you're on spreadsheets, a CRM, a proprietary system, or all of the above, we've seen and migrated it all. We start by developing a thorough understanding of our customers' data, then deliver a custom onboarding plan so they know exactly what will be migrated, and finally do a full review before delivering them a completely migrated account.

Customers receive personalized training across their entire team in order to teach them how to get the most out of their MightyOS system. In addition, they can access a library of training videos through Mighty Academy at any time.
